Hi, I'm Lauren.

I am a proud Wiradjuri woman, mother and artist.

Being surrounded by my dad's art from a young age influenced my creativity immensely. Dad's house was full of paintings, carvings, boomerangs, yidaki- he was always working away on something.

My work draws inspiration from my great grandparents Wiradjuri homelands as well as saltwater country of Gumbaynggirr Country where I call home.I love to use earthy colours alongside a blend of different mediums to creatively capture the textures and colours of Country.

Shop Collaborations-

LOAILA Cherish wrap

Inspired by the magic of childhood- gathering treasures along the shore, collecting newly flowered and fallen banksia cones from the sand, searching for shells, digging for pippis, scouring rockpools, swimming in the river & ocean.

The oval shapes are coolamons- a symbol of new life with the scattered middens representing those that came before us.

EL & RO Jewellery

I love them. The visible texture is just incredible. Always very excited to see what you are working on next. And hopefully into the future we can commission a piece
