From the artist: This painting is about the four generations before me. The mustard flame like shapes along the bottom of the painting represent my father, grandfather, great grandmother, and great, great grandfather. Their spirits alight like campfires under the night sky. The white dots represent our spirits all together again, coming home. This painting is about my family and my pride of being apart them and carrying on their spirit as well as my own.
