Coastal Banksia (limited edition print /20)
Three meeting places representing the three coastal communites- Scotts Head, Gumma and Nambucca. The Banksia tree is found all along our beautiful coastline of Gumbaynggirr Country. The wood can be used to make small hand tools and the dried cone and its fibres used to strain water. It also provides food to our beautiful Bilirr- Black Cockatoos- often seen feeding between the banksias and sheoak trees.
